We have 23 guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for disability accessible rooms. An array of services and amenities are available upon request and include wheelchairs, Alert Plus TDDS, and shower benches. Please contact our hotel directly to communicate your personal requirements.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests age 21 or older. A valid, government issued photo identification is required.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
We are happy to accept your personal check for payment when accompanied by valid, government-issued photo identification.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed and are always subject to availability upon your arrival. Please note that all of our connecting room configurations are king bed rooms that connect to a room with 2 queen beds.
Early Departure Policy
Upon your arrival, your departure date will be confirmed at the front desk. There is a fee of $50 for departing prior to the confirmed date if the hotel is not notified before noon on the day of arrival.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability upon arrival. There is no fee for an early check-in. Please contact the front desk in advance with any special needs.
Extra Bedding Policy
One Heavenly Rollaway Bed can be delivered to most guest rooms furnished with a king-size bed. Regrettably, a Heavenly Rollaway Bed cannot be arranged for any room furnished with two queen beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available upon request. There is no fee for the rollaway bed or extra bed linens.
All guests checking in to the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued photo identification. Guests checking in under a government rate plan are required to show valid government ID.
Late Checkout Policy
Just can't leave your Westin Heavenly Bed® before the noon checkout time? Late checkout is available, based upon availability. Checkouts before 6pm will be charged a half night's rate; after 6pm a full night's rate will be charged. Please contact a Service Express® agent for more details.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and renewal, where our guests can be at their best. Accordingly, we have a zero tolerance rule for noise disturbances. Our staff will respond to all guest room noise complaints, and registered guests will be asked to lower the volume. All unregistered guests will be required to leave the property or return to their own guest room.
Package Handling Policy
We are pleased to accept packages for registered guests or guests holding a reservation up to 5 days prior to arrival. We will not accept or hold packages for recipients without a reservation.
All packages being sent directly to the hotel need to be addressed to:

- $7.00 per pack or box less than 25 lbs.
- $10.00 per box weighing 25-100 lbs.

- storage fee: $5.00 per day per package if not claimed within 5 days after departure.
Packages not claimed within 10 days after departure will be returned to sender at guest’s expense. We will not hold packages for more than 10 days after departure.
The Westin Bellevue will accept a maximum liability of up to $100 for lost packages that we have acknowledged as received. We will not however accept liability for lost, damaged, or delayed packages from shippers.
Should packages be received for non-registered guests, or a recipient not holding a reservation, full handling fees will apply when package is claimed. All packages for non-registered or reserved guests not claimed within 72 hours will be returned to sender.
We welcome your canine companion (up to 25 pounds). We do require a dog's human companion fill out a short waiver at check-in, and supply a $75 cleaning fee per room per stay. Fido must be accompanied by you at all times and cannot be left unattended in the room. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $75 per day will be collected at check-in.

You're helping to create a healthy environment by choosing a smoke-free hotel. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, there is a $300 cleaning fee for smoking in any of our guest rooms. Guests may not burn any tobacco or non-tobacco product that produces smoke. Together we can keep the air fresh for all of our guests.
