Pearl's menu is driven by fresh, seasonal products, prepared and presented with a contemporary flair. Think plenty of fresh Northwest seafood, prime steaks, local vegetables and seasonal berries. The wine list is focused on the Northwest's best, but also includes classic and recognizable names from other great wine producing regions of the world. Pearl Restaurant received the 2010 Wine Award of Distinction from the Washington State Wine Commission. Pearl trademarks include an exhibition Chef's Table - with seating for eight, winemaker dinner series, private dining rooms and a collection of contemporary art and glass sculpture. Pearl is proud to be one of Bellevue's few independently owned restaurants, and is located across from our hotel entrance.
